Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good, if you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they were delivered separately;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alpha Industries GmbH und Co. KG, Siemensstraße 11, 63263 Neu-Isenburg, Phone:+49 6102-77600, Email:customerservice@alphaindustries.eu by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

We bear the costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
for the delivery of goods that can perish quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;
for the delivery of goods that, after delivery, were inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
