Your ordered item doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations? No problem! For all orders, in addition to the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary return right of 30 days from the receipt of your goods.

Please Note

1. For a quick and smooth return process, please include the delivery note or a note with the order number.
2. We can only accept items that are intact. This includes unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags.

* for Norway and Liechtenstein: unfortunately, we cannot offer free DHL returns at this time. We ask customers from these countries to return the ordered items via the local post office. Once the goods have been received at our logistics center, we will refund the value of the items.

** for Sweden: Please note that the return label is only valid at a DHL Service Point 24 hours after receipt of the label.
