General Shipping Conditions / Customs Fees
Further details on shipping to Switzerland, Norway, the Canary Islands, as well as Ceuta and Melilla.
Please note that when shipping to Switzerland (from 300 CHF), to Norway (from 150 €), to the Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the shipping or handling costs of your order. Since customs duties and taxes can vary significantly from country to country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details on the estimated costs.
Delivery Times
Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 2-10 days, for international deliveries within 2-15 days after contract conclusion (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
