Can I modify or cancel my order afterward?

Unfortunately, orders that have already been placed cannot be modified or canceled.
If you wish to add more items, simply place a new order.

Why was my order canceled?

Order cancellations or the rejection of your purchase offer may occur if the goods you ordered are not available. In this case, we will, of course, refund the purchase amount.

What payment methods are accepted?

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

  • Credit card payment
  • Payment via PayPal
  • Payment via Klarna (credit card, direct debit, possibly purchase on account)
  • Apple Pay, credit card, iDeal (via Stripe)

How is the delivery made?

We work with the shipping company DHL.

Can I track my shipment?

Of course, every order comes with a tracking link!

How much are the shipping costs?

We charge the following flat-rate shipping fees:

What size do I need?

We have provided a size chart on each product page for you.
Our male models are approximately +-185cm tall with a weight of around +-80 kg and wear size L.
Our female models are approximately +-173cm tall with a weight of around +-65 kg and wear size S.

I want to return something, how do I proceed?

To exercise the legal right of withdrawal, you can proceed as follows, please have your order number ready:

How do I get the return label?

You can print it yourself via DHL. Just search for your country and enter your details. You don't necessarily need a printer, as you can also drop it off at the post office using a QR code on your phone. The QR code will be scanned and printed directly there.
It's important that you include the delivery note in the return package so that it can be assigned to you in the warehouse.

Is an exchange possible?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Once your return has been received and checked, you will receive a refund. You can then place a new order for the exchange size or another item.

How long does my refund take? How do I get my money back?

Once your return has been received, it will be checked and then refunded within 1-3 working days. There may be delays in the bank's refund process in some cases.
We will refund the purchase amount using the same method you originally paid with.

Can I wash my Alpha Industries products?

First rule: REMOVE BEFORE WASHING!
Please remove the tag before each wash, so you can put it back on afterward and rock the streets!

If you want to wash an Alpha jacket, we recommend that you take your Alpha jacket to a professional cleaner.

If you want to wash T-shirts, sweaters, hoodies, pants, shorts, socks, or longsleeves, turn them inside out, select a gentle cycle at 30°, and hang them to dry.
