Further details on shipping to the UK, Switzerland, Canary Islands, parts of Cyprus and Norway

Please keep in mind that when we ship to the UK, Switzerland, Canary Islands, Cyprus or Norway, you are assuming responsibility for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. As customs, duties, and taxes can vary widely from country to country we would advise you to please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2-10 days, for deliveries abroad within 2-15 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
