Alpha Industries European Headquarter
The Alpha Industries European Headquarter is in Neu-Isenburg, located in the more southern part of Germany, close to Frankfurt am Main. Every day, our colleagues walk through our doors, ready to encourage new ideas and to achieve high quality across the entire value chain. We organized our team into several departments, which are Design, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Customer Service, Photo and Video Production, Graphic Design, Go-To-Market, Accounting and IT. Almost each department also include different smaller departments. The biggest department is our customer service for the official Alpha Industries dealer. Go-To-Market is a completely new department that we created mid of 2022. Their task is to connect individual departments so that no information is lost in the value chain and we can offer the product optimally on the market. That's why we hold regular meetings on our premises to exchange ideas and bring ourselves up to date. Our meeting rooms offer space to discuss, create, invent, debate, explore, review, analyze, study... this list could go on forever.
It is important to us that our internal company values are reflected in the way we work and interact with each other in our premises. From the outside, our office is stylishly kept in black, but inside it is bright, open, cozy and inviting - just the way we are! We have created a space where you can be concentrated and creative at the same time. While our design team is making decisions about new materials and fabrics, next door they are discussing new functions for our enterprise resource planning program. In our in-house kitchen filtered water even comes out of the tap with or without fizz, boiling or cold - just as you like. We know it sounds crazy but there really comes sparkling water out of it! You can also find coffee machines, microwaves, refrigerators and of course dishwashers. You might have guessed it after this announcement: we spend a lot of time in the kitchen together with colleagues, both during the lunch break and after work for a relaxed get-together.
Who sweats together, stays together! Our garage is very well equipped too and offers possibilities to several activities. As a team, we regularly play table tennis or football tennis together in our garden behind the office, sit in our deckchairs and enjoy a cold drink. Along the way, we also work sometimes ;)
