Is the item you ordered not fitting well or not meeting your expectations? No problem! For all orders, in addition to the legal 14-day withdrawal right, we grant you a voluntary 30-day return right from the receipt of your merchandise.

Please note the following::

1. For a quick and smooth processing of your return, we kindly ask you to attach the delivery note or a note with the order number.

2. We can only take back intact items. This includes unused and unwashed items in their original condition with tags.

* For Norway and Liechtenstein: Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer free returns with DHL. We ask customers from these countries to return the ordered items via the local post office.
